Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY.
This policy governs the sale and return of goods by Ceramico Limited, referred from here on as “we” to the person, firm or company referred hereon as “you” and “yourselves”.
This policy constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and supersedes all previous agreements; our acceptance of your order by delivery or collection of constitutes a legally binding contract between us based on this policy.
PRODUCTS.
1. Every care has been taken to portray an accurate representation of products online, but as many of our items are ‘natural’ materials, we cannot be held responsible for slight variations in colour and size.

2. You are reminded that timber is also a natural product, and will tend to move or shrink in dry conditions. This does not affect the strength or lifespan of the timber and is a completely natural process which we cannot be held accountable for.
CANCELLING YOUR CONTRACT.
1. You have a ‘cooling-off’ period 7 business days from receipt of goods to cancel your contract. You must notify us either by email or letter within this period. Requests to cancel and return items after this period are not permitted.

2. While you have ownership of goods, you are expected to have a duty of ‘reasonable care’ should you wish to return any goods. By reasonable care we expect all packaged products to be returned with all components present, and packaging in resale able condition. All products must be returned unused.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM.
1. As the transfer of ownership was completed once the goods had been delivered you are now the owner of any goods and are therefore responsible for the safe return of any items. To return items by post we recommend you use a recorded service. The costs of returning items by post will be covered by yourselves.

2. The cost of returning items will be borne by you, the customer.

3. In many cases heavy and bulky items are delivered direct from the manufacturer, in these cases we can arrange collection and return. This however will incur a charge which will be calculated based on location and size; the charge will be quoted at the time. This charge will be deducted from any refund.
REFUNDS.
1. We will only issue refunds once the item has arrived back with us and been inspected, refunds will be issued within 30 days of return at the latest.

2. Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment provider.
EXEMPTIONS.
1. Perishable goods such as roses, trees, fruit bushes, hedging, bulbs, etc are not eligible for return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
1. We take every care to ensure that all products are despatched in excellent condition, but should you find any facet of your delivery to be unsatisfactory you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Failure to do so may inhibit any exchange or replacement.

2. Evidence of defect, breakages and shortfalls should be supported by photographs wherever possible.

3. We will organise a replacement / exchange of any defective items.
We reserve the right to reject any cancelations / returns if the case contravenes any of the above listed conditions.
